At Turboteck Supplies, most of our Glide products include Free Shipping by either
UPS Ground or Air. The exception would be for small orders of $50 or less which
are usually sent out by USPS or Priority mail.Most Air Duct Cleaning equipment
gets sent out by UPS 1 or 2 day air service, with most wands delivered by UPS
ground.
Returns/Exchanges:
We offer an unconditional, no questions asked, 30 day guarantee on all our glide
products. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, we will either replace it
or issue a full refund(less shipping charges), whichever you choose.After 30 days,
we will replace any glide products(except Superlip and Ultralip glides)which break
or otherwise fails within six months of date of purchase/shipment.Customer is
responsible for paying all return shipping charges.Some products, such as the
Turboteck ZX7 air duct cleaning tool, come with a 5 year Parts and Labour warrantee
that exceeds our basic warrantee terms.
We offer full "one on one" support for any questions, problems or anything
else you may have about any of our products. If our products do not match your
needs, we will tell you that too, and reccomend others that would be more appropriate.

Purchases of wands or air duct cleaning equipment is considered final, except
in cases of clear manufacturing defect, in which case the product will be either
fixed or replaced at our sole discretion.
